Our training mission GoodTurn Cycles France uses its income from the sale and rental of electric bicycles to train young people in an apprenticeship and vocational training program. This program offers a training opportunity in customer relations, retail, management, as well as bicycle mechanics.
We provide a framework for our apprentices to gain training in customer service, retail, and tourism. Our clientele is mainly French, British, American and Dutch. They are therefore prepared to interact effectively and respectfully with a varied clientele from around the world. We also train our apprentices in the assembly, adjustment and repair of electric and non-electric bicycles, as well as the use of our rental software.
Above all, we focus on various professional skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, autonomy, customer service, as well as an awareness and knowledge of the needs of a company.
As the youth unemployment rate is high in France, our goal is to provide them with quality professional training and prepare them as well as possible to apply their skills in their professional lives.
Thanks to this apprenticeship program, our apprentices can therefore obtain work experience, as well as a diploma which will allow them to integrate into working life. As a Renter-Seller-Repairer of electric and non-electric bicycles located in Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, we offer motivated people professional work experience in electric bicycles and the tourist sector.
